Pistachio Barfi

Similar to Almond Barfi, this is a dense, milk-based fudge but is characterized by the distinct, slightly earthy and sweet flavor of pistachio. It is usually firm and smooth.

Ingredients: Milk Powder, Fresh Milk, Sugar, Vegetable Ghee, Glucose Syrup, Nuts.
