Gulab Jaman with Khoya

This is an enriched version of the classic Punjabi sweet dumpling. The dark, deep-fried dumplings.

Ingredients: They are made with a blend of milk solids and flour, and crucially, they are enhanced with Khoya (rich, concentrated milk solids).
