Basin Patisa

This sweet is a very flaky and melt-in-the-mouth sweet made from gram flour (basin). It tastes sweet, buttery, and nutty, often with a rich aroma from the ghee. It's similar to a drier, flakier, and lighter version of Soan Papdi.

Ingredients : Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Ghee, Nuts.
