Cham Cham

Cham Cham is a cylindrical or oval-shaped sweet, traditionally made from chhena (Punjabi cottage cheese), similar to Rasgulla, but it is usually cooked longer and coated in dried coconut or khoya (milk solids). The use of E110 (Sunset Yellow) provides its vibrant yellow color.

Ingredients: Fresh Milk, Corn Flour, Plain Flour, Semolina, Sugar, Coated in Sweet Milk Powder, Syrup, Colour E110.
